As I understand of course with a new Dr and new staff things will be different, my only comment would be the computer application used by new
customer for entering their information. It is not very user friendly because the interface runs slow, and some of the fields are basic cookie cutter text
entry fields and likely not applicable in most cases. It has the feel that it was purchased as a pre-packaged application but either doesn't have or
appear to have the ability to customize it to fit your office. Other than that everything else was great. Oh yes I am in IT so of course I'm probably more
critical than your average customer.

The dr was awesome and the staff very nice - This is the 12th business day and I have not rec'd my new glasses. I called yesterday morning and was
told they would check with the Lab and call me back, so far i've heard nothing.

At my age, my eyes are a little more difficult to find the right prescription. Doctor Khalfe took the time to explore the bi-focal lenses. Turns out they didn't work for me, but I do appreciate him taking the time to try this option. BTW, left the office seeing a lot better!

The lady assistant who took care my other services was not friendly enough and was a bit rude by the way she handled my need.
